About Me

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. My name’s Becky. I’m 31 and currently living in Cornwall, England. Over the past few years I have faced health issues and became extremely ill during summer 2012. Without a proper medical ‘diagnosis’ but a whole heap of symptoms which included fatigue, anxiety and hair loss, I was left feeling confused, sick and alone.

This blog, Knowledge To Nourish is a space I can share my story and speak about my journey so far. I am better than I was but am still very much working on my health and want to take you along with me. I want to show you what I have done and am currently doing to regain my physical and emotional health.

I truly believe I was given this incredibly challenging situation in order to show me the power of my own strength and resilience and then in turn, be a voice for others. My main goal is to help and inspire other people facing chronic health issues or some sort of personal struggle. You will see that my content is honest, heartfelt and raw because I believe vulnerability allows for connection, growth and healing. We desperately need more authenticity in the world and I want to hold myself accountable to this by leading by example.

With love,

Becky

And I am always in awe of people who speak with complete honesty and are willing to share their own lives like you do!
